March 18 (Friday)
Arrangements confirmed for accepting relief supplies from Osaka and Akashi.

March 19 (Saturday)
Mr. Koichi Nishioeda ofAkashi Nishi Rotary Club and one more person arrive by Cessna plane at Fukushima Airport in Sukagawa with a large supply of Pharmaceuticals. They are met by three Rotary Club members and Past Governor Ajito, who delivers the relief medicine to the Iwase Municipal Hospital.
Relief supplies from RID 2640 Governor Yoneda, including 1,000 blankets, toilet paper, paper diapers, sanitary items, and drinking water, are transferred to a Fukushima truck and delivered to the evacuation center in Azuma Sports Park by the Japanese Red Cross Society Fukushima Chapter.


March 21 (Monday)
1,000 masks received from Mr. Kazuo Abe of Kawaguchi South Rotary Club.

March 22 (Tuesday)
Relief supplies received from Secretary Ryusho Okochi of Saitama Iruma South Rotary Club.

March 23 (Wednesday) Donation received from Britain.

110 sleeping bags donated as relief supplies by Mr. Teshirogi of San Francisco in the United States.

March 24 (Thursday) Relief supplies, including drinking water and sanitary items, received from Mr. Kazuyuki Takahashi of the Fukushima South Rotary Club.
Present state of relief supplies confirmed with Deputy Director Takuya Matsumoto of the Operations Division of the Japanese Red Cross Society Fukushima Chapter.

March 25 (Friday) Group website information on acceptance of relief supplies updated.
Assistant Governor Imamura delivers 100 blankets and 1,000 masks from the Japanese Red Cross Society Fukushima Chapter to an evacuation center in the Soma- Futaba Group.

March 26 (Saturday) Mr. Junichi Fukuda of the Fukushima South Rotary Club delivers 300 blankets from the Japanese Red Cross Society Fukushima Chapter to the Soma- Futaba Group.

March 28 (Monday) In the presence of Immediate Past Governor Nakazawa, Governor Ohashi, and Assistant Governor Kohei Watanabe, the Kyoto Kameoka Rotary Club delivers relief supplies to the Iwaki-Nakoso Group.

March 29 (Tuesday) Warehouse secured for accepting relief supplies.

March 30 (Wednesday) RID 2520 Past Governor Mitsutoshi Sasaki and Mr. John Diksa from France visit to explain shelter boxes. They give instructions about methods of utilization and assembly.
