April 5 (Tuesday) Donation of ・3 million and 64 shelter boxes made to Fukushima Prefecture.

April 6 (Wednesday) Request made to Rotary Clubs for disaster assistance and relief supplies.

April 7 (Thursday) Governor Ohashi and others visit the Central Prefecture Group, Iwaki Group, and Soma-Futaba Group to check conditions.

April 8 (Friday) Meeting held on preparation of shelter boxes.

April 10 (Sunday)
RID 2770 (Saitama Prefecture) International Service Committee Chairpersons Michizo Sumiuchi, Kazuhiko Tojo, and Takashi Iijima visit Fukushima to discuss matching grants,' 50 shelter boxes donated.

April 11 (Monday) General Secretary Seiji Watanabe and Editor Noriko Futagami of The Rotary-No-Tomo visit Fukushima for consultations on assistance.

April 12 (Tuesday) President Tomoharu Kaneko and Mr. Kazuhide Inoue of Tokyo Suginami Rotary Club deliver 10 tons of drinking water to Iitate village.
Monetary donation received from the Saitama Tokorozawa East Rotary Club.

April 14 (Thursday) Central Prefecture Group Assistant Governor Senichi Fujita and Atsushi Kawashima visit and donate ・600,000.

April 15 (Friday) Donation of・2 million received from the Fukushima South Rotary Club.

April 16 (Saturday) Governor Ohashi visits the Soma Rotary Club to check current conditions.

April 20 (Wednesday) Shelter boxes installed at evacuation centers in the Aizu Group.

April 22 (Friday) Consultations held with Governor-elect Kazuya Nemoto on holding of District Assembly.
